Our mission	Our mission is a commitment to assisting the Harbor Area communities with life-changing services that encourage, inform, educate, and empower our families to live healthy and purposeful lives. Our goal is to assist individuals and families to become self-sufficient.

Opportunities	Telephone Check Ins Call the donors and clients of Toberman to check in with them. See how they are doing, update them on the response from Toberman and see if they need any assistance from us. Ongoing Children, Teens, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Corporate Teams, Families Virtual, Phone Calling Anytime Food Drive Now more than ever the need for food has increased. Donate canned and dry food directly to the pantry or order from the local market for delivery. Ongoing Children, Teens, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Corporate Teams, Families Virtual, In Person Anytime Events Volunteers are needed to set up, breakdown, greet, serve, register, and serve as live auction runners and live auction spotters. Occasional Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Families Outdoor On-site Weekends Pantry/Thrift Store Volunteers Volunteers are needed to assist in the pantry to sort and/or pack meals during scheduled open hours and sort thrift store donations. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 9-11 am & Thursday 1-3 pm. Occasional Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor On-site Weekdays Toberman Academy After School Program Volunteers are needed to provide academic support during our after-school program for kids ages kindergarten through 8 grade. Monday- Friday from 3-6 pm, Tuesday’s from 2-6 pm. Weekly 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor On-site, Skilled Weekdays Enrichment Activities We offer enrichment activities that are fun and engaging for our kids. Activities such as, ballet classes, karate classes, zumba for kids, creative science classes, knitting class, make a movie class, photography class, painting class, music class, and board games are examples of enrichment activities. Monday thru Friday from 4:15-5:00 pm. Weekly 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor, Outdoor Skilled Weekdays Evening Meal Program We offer opportunities to serve a healthy, well-balanced warm evening meal to the after-school program at 5 pm. The meals are prepared in advance and ready to serve at 5 pm. Space and tables are provided to serve the meal. Youth is served in a cafeteria-style format. We encourage a balanced meal with a side of protein, salad, fruit, and water or juice. Dessert is always welcome. We have a kitchen but do not have a stove; therefore, the dinner cannot be prepared in the kitchen. Monday thru Friday 5:00-5:30 pm. Weekly 21+, 55+ Individuals Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings

How you help	You can help by volunteering for one of their many programs including Toberman Academy After School Program, Enrichment Activities, Evening Meal Program, Pantry, Thrift Store, Events and Administrative help.
