Our mission

We believe every senior deserves to feel supported, especially when dealing with illness, aging, or life’s hardships.

No one should have to face these difficulties without a safe place and a caring community. That’s why we show up. Not just with care but with kindness, consistency and human connection.

Our goal is to uplift seniors through dignity, comfort, and hope. Because when we care for our elders, we strengthen the heart of our community.
Opportunities

Outreach & Funding Ambassador

We are Hope and Harmony, a family-founded nonprofit that supports homebound, low-income, disabled and medically vulnerable seniors many of whom are chronically ill, live alone, or are even unhoused. Through essential services and heartfelt care, we bring dignity and hope to those who need it most.

Position Overview

We are looking for passionate, people-loving Outreach Ambassadors to help us grow our impact and bring vital funding to our programs.

As an Outreach Ambassador, you’ll connect with local businesses, community groups, and potential donors to share our mission and inspire support. You’ll represent our organization at community events, reach out to new partners, and help us build relationships that fund life-changing work.

 

We’re looking for someone:

  • Passionate about our mission, social impact and serving vulnerable populations
  • Friendly, outgoing people who enjoy meeting new faces
  • Strong with communication skills (in person, on the phone, or email)
  • Organized, resourceful, and comfortable reaching out to new people

Together, we can open more doors and create more impact!

 

 What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to help bring vital funding to our programs.
  • Help research and assist with grant applications
  • Build relationships with community orgs, and partners
  • Support planning, booking, and attending community events
  • Assist with interviews and storytelling for outreach

We provide care and essential support at home. Things like healthcare, food, hygiene and clothing. Our focus is on bringing comfort, dignity and hope to people when they need it most.
