Our mission	This Summer, the City will host more than 100 ‘Kick It In the Park’ watch parties across neighborhoods, featuring live World Cup match screenings, youth soccer clinics, and family-friendly programming.

Opportunities	Kick It In the Park Volunteer A part of the Kick It In the Park program, the City is piloting a volunteer program at select sites from June 11 to July 19. We’re looking for local volunteers to help greet attendees, provide wayfinding, and support activities — you can sign up for just one shift or more. About us	Kick It In the Park, a partnership between the Office of Mayor Karen Bass, Los Angeles Council Districts, and Los Angeles Recreation and Parks, ensures the World Cup reaches every corner of the city. As the City prepares for these celebrations, we are launching a volunteer pilot at 5 select sites to help test and refine the volunteer program ahead of future large-scale events: Echo Park Lake, Cheviot Hills, Westwood, Jackie Tatum Harvard Park, and Whitsett Fields.
