You can help America Needs You (ANY) change this. ANY fights for economic mobility for ambitious, first generation college students. We do this by providing a two-year, intensive mentoring and professional training program where first-generation students ("Fellows") are paired with young professional volunteers. We are looking for 10 Career Coaches at each of our monthly workshops. Topics include Intro to Interviewing, Financial Literacy, Managing Up, Building Your Personal Board of Directors etc. As a career coach, you'll volunteer at an ANY workshop, working with 1-2 students ("Fellows") to engage in our career development topic of the day. You will provide valuable insight and expertise from your own personal and professional experiences. Orientation will be provided at the beginning of the day.
