Connected to Organization --- not set --- Opportunity Title Description These volunteers assist to keep the cats/kittens in our care healthy! Under the supervision of our Director of Lifesaving, duties will include (but are not limited to) giving medications, performing physical exams, fluids, vaccinating, microchipping, and data entry. Age Requirement: Medical team volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. Dress Code: We recommend scrubs (if you have them) or comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. We recommend closed-toe shoes and long pants. Time Commitment: One-two shifts per week (same date/time) for a minimum of 1 year. See General Shift Hours below for information on shift days and times. General Shift Hours: AM (Su-Sa): 9:00am-12:00pm PM (Th-Su): 3:30pm-6:00pm PM (M-W): 6:00pm-8:30pm Steps to Becoming a Charm School Teacher: Attend general Kitty Bungalow Orientation (1 hour) Attend Med 101 Training (available 2-3 times per year or as needed) Train with our Director of Lifesaving for a minimum of 4 shifts Attend ongoing training as needed with our Director of Lifesaving Be assigned a shift once training has been completed!
