Disability Integration Team Member is a region-level position that serves as a functional lead in disability integration, inclusion, and access and functional needs. This position may fill any function-specific work to meet the Readiness goals of the organization throughout the entire disaster cycle of Prepare, Respond, and Recover. Disability Integration Team Members may support the Regional Lead in the following ways: - Organizing Rosters, meetings and tracking trainings - Onboarding and Training procedures - Facility Surveys - Specific Relationship Management - Resource Gathering - Providing specific subject matter consultation and guidance to regional disaster leadership in planning for and responding to disasters that impact individuals with disabilities and others with access and functional needs. Provide Functional Support to Regional DI Program Lead as assigned Maintaining clear communication and collaboration with supervisor and peers. Providing accurate reporting of disability integration activity as assigned.
