Connected to Organization --- not set --- Opportunity Title Description Our School Bus Driver will help us with field trips which may include but not limited to taking students (cats) to medical appointments and adoption events. Cat handling experience is preferred but not required! Sometimes, traveling to/from other locations for adoption events may be necessary. Age Requirement: Bus Drivers must be at least 21 years of age Dress Code: Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty but still look professional as you will be dealing with the public. We require a Kitty Bungalow shirt, closed-toe shoes and long pants. Time Commitment: 2-3 shifts per month General Shift Hours: *Please note, this is only a schedule meant to give you insight on our shift schedule. Not all shifts are available each week.* Trapping: Once a week, usually on Thursdays Pre-Surgery Processing: 5:00am-7:00am on Fridays Post- Surgery Processing: 5:00pm-6:30pm on Fridays Release: 8:00am-10:30am on Saturdays Trap Cleaning and Prep: 1:00pm-3:00pm on Saturdays Steps to Becoming a Transport Volunteer: Attend general Kitty Bungalow Orientation (1 hour) Sign up for shifts via SignUpGenius that will be included in weekly volunteer newsletters.
