Each of our clients has an open case with a social worker from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) who refer them to our program. Clients are able to come to the Center every 6 months as long as their case is open, with the proper referral paperwork from their social workers, to receive beautiful new clothing and supplies, free of charge. The Center is a small, carefully designed workspace which focuses on the intimate interaction of individual children and their volunteer "personal shopper." Each of the Center's volunteers take their clients on a personalized shopping trip, where the client can select, try on and model their clothing items in a warm and caring environment.
