About us

L.A. Chinatown Firecracker Run Committee, Inc. (LACFRC) is a group of volunteers who donate their time and energy to organize and stage events and programs; promoting health, fitness, and cultural awareness to the greater Los Angeles community. All proceeds are reinvested in the community, in support of elementary schools and non-profit organizations, providing service and programs that benefit local neighborhoods. Community-based organizations and schools receiving Firecracker donations have created unique programs such as raising awareness of physical fitness and healthy lifestyles for seniors and youth.
