Our mission	To empower people with disabilities to discover and achieve their own “I CAN” statement. We do this through providing life skills training, supported employment, and social programming.

Opportunities	Social Recreational Volunteer Support a small group of adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities as they enjoy a social/recreational outing or activity. Occasional, Weekly, Monthly, Recurring Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults, Child with Adult Corporate Teams, Families In Person On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Learn More Day Clubs, Job Prep, Overnight Camps, Events and More Opportunities range from supporting clients with engaging day clubs, and job prep to joining exciting recreational outings and overnight camps. If sticking behind the scenes is more your style, help us with decor, setup and running events. Join on your own or as a group on weekdays, evenings, or weekends at one of our sites in Redondo Beach, Torrance or Long Beach. No matter your skills or experience level, there is a place for you to make a difference. How you help	Volunteers can support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities directly through small group supervision, support and/or instruction. Volunteers can also support our events through prep, clean up and running events.
