About us
Alliance for Community Empowerment (ACE) is a youth development organization in the West San Fernando Valley that provides education and workforce development opportunities (foster, justice-involved, undocumented, etc.) integrated with counseling, mentoring, case management and other support services for high-barrier youth. Through ACE's YouthBuild and GRYD (Gang Reduction - Youth Development) programs, ACE has helped disenfranchised, young people overcome barriers by addressing the core issues facing their low-income communities. ACE’s fundamental belief is that when young people are provided with the right tools, positive role models and opportunity, they can transform their lives and their communities.
