Helping Hands Senior Foundation

Our vision is that all seniors should have access to the resources that they are entitled to through their community, insurance, local non profit organizations or service for our country. Many seniors that we serve have simple needs but go without because they just don’t know how to connect to the resources that they need. The role that Helping Hands Senior Foundation plays in this is to be a sponge to resources and store information about how to qualify, apply for and receive the benefits we know about so that we can share that information with disabled seniors who need those services.

Helping Hands Senior Foundation is a friend that you can depend on for information about helpful resources that your community has to offer. We make it our mission to seek out programs that can help you improve your quality of life, and lower your cost of living, so that you can hold onto your independence as long as possible.Our Care Coordination assistance is free to seniors, or their families, who have a problem and want to talk about it. When you call in, you will be greeted by one of our Intake Coordinators who will help you through our intake process. Within 3 business days, we will get back to you to let you know what resources we have found that you may benefit from.
