Our mission

To ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action and sustained by community, so that no one faces cancer alone.
Opportunities

Volunteer

We will need volunteers for community outreach events, fundraising events, general office responsibilities throughout the year. We are looking for adults ages 18+ and have opportunities for year round involvement.

How you help

CSC South Bay volunteers make a big difference in the lives of the cancer patients that come to our facility. We couldn’t do this important work without the wonderful support of our over 200 incredible volunteers, all of whom are dedicated to our mission of ensuring that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action and sustained by community.
About us

Since 1987, we’ve been providing FREE support services for those affected by cancer and their loved ones. We provide emotional support, education and hope for people affected by cancer and their loved ones in the South Bay, Long Beach, and Orange County. Our programs are developed from evidence-based psychosocial oncology and groups are facilitated by licensed therapists. All services are offered completely FREE OF CHARGE.
