We empower our clients on their pathway to stability, security, and fulfillment in their work and lives. Volunteers may work at any of our four Southern California locations. By providing job skills training, support, and positive energy, you will empower men and women to overcome barriers to employment and achieve their personal and professional goals. Volunteers help support the Chrysalis program in many ways, including: class facilitation, professional resume writing, and interview practice.
