As our COVID-19 response effort continues, we are looking for more volunteers to support our Los Angeles testing sites. If you are a member of the Los Angeles community, or know someone who is, and are interested in joining forces with CORE to make a first-hand impact in slowing the spread of COVID-19. At CORE safety is our priority and 1 day a week commitment (or more!) is welcomed. Now is the time we need community more than ever. Together, we will overcome this.
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities:

– Volunteers work under the constant supervision of LAFD representative and follow strict safety protocols to assure the wellness of our team
– Volunteers do not actually perform the test, the tests are self-administered in a drive-through format

About us

When a crisis strikes, CORE responds immediately to fill gaps, mobilize resources, and establish trust and collaboration from within communities to empower them to break these vicious cycles. We are not saviors who swoop in with heavy boots and a master plan. We’re a nimble organization that quickly adapts to communities’ needs as they evolve. Our efforts are fueled by local hands, and we partner with local leaders, organizations, governments, and other stakeholders to bring equitable relief directly to those who need it most.
