Bake and Deliver CakesBefore you get (egg) crackin’, you’ll have to complete and pass our online orientation for food safety and all that fun stuff. After taking the orientation, you'll have access to our birthday calendar to sign up for baking opportunities. This is your time to get creative :) Volunteers are responsible for delivering the cake to the agency so please choose one close to you. Get ready — You’re about to make someone’s whole year! If you’re under 18, your parent must be the volunteer in good standing. |

| About us | For Goodness Cakes® is a nonprofit organization that gives underprivileged youth the chance to have a birthday by matching volunteers to bake special cakes just for them. By providing a child a treat made especially for them, it gives them some much needed time to not feel the increasing pressure of their socioeconomic situation, but rather help nurture optimism and confidence at a critical age. This is our flagship chapter, established in 2016. We have baked, decorated, and delivered over 1000 handmade, original birthday and graduation cakes. For Goodness Cakes has partnered with over 25 LA County youth agencies to bring smiles to the world, one birthday at a time. |
