Ways to help

5K Volunteers

Our end of season 5K provides a tangible sense of accomplishment to participants. To celebrate and make the experience one to remember, there are many opportunities to get involved. Tasks include: Check-In / Registration; Activity Stations; Start / Finish Line Support; Water Stop; and Running Buddy, where we invite family members and/or trusted friends to run alongside participants.
