About us	In 2013 a group of Venice activists began the Feed The People program, with the aim of providing a fresh, hearty meal every Sunday to our unhoused neighbors. In 2019, Grass Roots Neighbors incorporated as a nonprofit with the vision of expanding on the Feed the People program. Today, our volunteers come from many walks of life, but all are concerned community members who want to help their neighbors in need.
