Ways to help

Teach Financial Literacy & Work Readiness to Young People

We need volunteers to work with students K-12. We can accommodate individual volunteers and small and large groups. Our volunteer opportunities are generally one-day events, and we have several dates to choose from. Volunteers are invited to participate as often as they would like! We offer formal training to help you feel prepared to work with students and deliver our programs. Because we work with students, all of our volunteer opportunities are during school hours.
  • One-time, Occasional

How you help Our volunteers provide those “ah ha” moments daily as they help students discover the value of themselves, their education, and their future possibilities. JA volunteers come from all walks of life. But they all have a common vision: sharing a message of hope and opportunity with every young person they reach.
About us Using the world of business and personal finance, we teach young people how to make smart financial decisions, plan for their futures, and inspire them to believe in themselves. We teach the business of life. We seek to expand youth education through partnerships with businesses, educators and change-makers, bettering the futures of our students, our community and our world.
