Our mission

To unlock the doors of dormant creativity in reluctant readers, pairing them with literacy coaches and mentors who draw out their fearless voices, transforming them into bold storytellers and leaders. Through our three programs, we stretch the bounds of imagination and equip students with the exposure and encouragement to turn their dreams into realities of leadership.
Opportunities

Mentor - Unlock The Play and Excitement of Reading Productions

Reading is the foundation for everything.
For students who struggle, reading can feel like an uphill battle. Come along on a journey and make reading a playful, expressive journey.  You can assist us by becoming a Literacy Coach for reading.  Get involved with the Reading Productions.  Accompany a student at a Public Community Reading. Put on your Santa Hat and enchant kids with holiday stories, songs and sweet treats. If you are a writer, help us turn more books and movies into reading scripts for our readers. Unlock the door of imagination and creativity for students who are eager to improve reading, and eager to know what sparks your interest.

Because when a child learns to read, they start writing their own story.
