About us PACTL began its work of empowering parents and strengthening communities in December of 2006 with key support from the Flintridge Foundation. PACTL Priority Areas include education and health (physical, mental and environmental); capacity strengthening; civic engagement, promoting volunteerism and stewardship; indirect advocacy; improving access to health services for underserved communities; immigration remedies screening and referrals. PACTL provides direct services, referrals to qualified service providers and innovative and unique programs, trainings, and workshops. PACTL’s approach is culturally relevant and staff reflects the minority communities it serves.
