The Foster Children’s Resource Center is an all-volunteer program of Assistance League of Los Angeles that serves local children in the foster care system in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. Each of our clients has an open case with a social worker from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) who refer them to our program. Clients are able to come to the Center every 6 months as long as their case is open, with the proper referral paperwork from their social workers, to receive beautiful new clothing and supplies, free of charge. |
