How you help
As a LACER volunteer, I know I am a part of memories these students will carry for the rest of their lives. The gift of opportunity, leadership experiences, and awesome instruction that the program affords these children is priceless. Being a part of that is unceasingly inspiring
About us
Founded in 1995 by educators, community advocates, and artists, L.A.C.E.R. has at its core, the belief that all underserved or at-risk youth in the Los Angeles public school system should have access to quality education, free homework assistance, arts programming, athletic activities, and graduation preparation that is on par with other students who are more privileged.
