NVCS’ Response to COVID-19

During these difficult times, it’s important to remain united to keep serving our community members and the most vulnerable. Due to the pandemic, COVID-19, many businesses and organizations have been forced to close down. However, food banks, donors, and volunteers continue to demonstrate their courage and compassion.

As more people become unemployed, NVCS’ Food Pantry has become a crucial supplement to our families. NVCS would like to acknowledge our courageous staff and volunteer workers who selflessly worked the frontlines.

Each week, NVCS delivers over 900 meals to families living in transitional housing and distributes groceries to over 2000 families through our pilot drive-thru food pantry.

Once again, we thank you for your generous support and welcome any volunteers who are interested in being a part of a great cause!
