Hop on the bus for a day of fun, team-building, lunch, and a mystery volunteer location! Working side-by-side on projects at the causes we visit, your team will forge authentic connections. Making direct community impact and learning about the cause, it’s a win-win. 30 passenger max.
Volunteer Intern – an individual supporting an APCH program or department on a weekly basis for at least one APCH semester — spring, summer or fall — while receiving school/class credit for their volunteer internship hours.
Weekly Volunteer – an individual supporting an APCH program or department on a weekly basis for at least one APCH semester — spring, summer or fall.
APCH Cares Volunteer – APCH members, families, alumni and staff providing service to make a positive difference in our community and the world.
Volunteer Member of APCH’s Board of Directors, Leadership Council or Social Change Club – an individual serving as a member of one of APCH’s volunteer leadership entities.
“M.A.S.” Volunteer – “Making A Spark” and giving más or more — an individual supporting an APCH program or department on a weekly basis for at least one year.
Volunteer Mentor – an individual committed to supporting, guiding, and caring for an APCH teen/young adult member (age 13 to early 20s) via APCH’s L.I.F.E. (Lead, Inspire, Foster, and Empower) Mentoring Program.
We meet approximately 1x a month to help coordinate our fundraising activities and plan some activities for camp.
The Torrance Art Museum is open Tuesday – Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with two volunteer shifts available: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Download an application here.
