Our Volunteers play an essential role in everything we do to honor and empower women veterans. Volunteers donate time to mentor veterans, add muscle to our team by sorting and stocking our warehouse, and help raise awareness for our mission.

Our mentors bring wisdom – collected through both successful and unsuccessful choices in life, business and through military to civilian transition – that benefit and accelerate our Women Warriors.

Food sorting involves coming to our warehouse to organize and box food that we have received during food drives. All ages can participate. Volunteers provide service to hospitalized veterans at the Long Beach Veteran’s Administration Hospital. Do non-medical tasks such as menu planning, shopping, letter writing, and delivering donated comfort items.

Help different medical or administrative offices in the medical center. Duties include filing, answering phones, and greeting and directing patients.

Help patients and visitors with information and clinic locations.
