You arrive at the site office to gather your route materials, check-in with the site manager for any special route notes or instructions, pick up the route meal carriers (ice chest & thermal bag), then follow the instructions outlined in the delivery route book that will include mapping or directions to each delivery location. Depending on the number of clients, a route can take anywhere from one to two hours. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Our routes are delivered by teams of two, a “Friendly Visitor” and a driver. You will be paired with another volunteer or you can volunteer with a friend or group.
